How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Outfit Garage (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Girls, take it - you won't regret it! As I understand it, it seems to fit true to size. I am petite, 159 cm, with a small heel, ankle length (as I wanted). The tightness of the chest can be adjusted with ties, but there is no neckline - only hemming if the chest is smaller. 🥺 The quality is good, the color is pure white, the cotton skirt is a bit see-through, so you need underwear and to iron the dress very well, naturally. but it's simply gorgeous! I would like to order more colors!)
My parameters: OG-86, OT-70, OB-100. Height-172. I took size M and I really liked how it fit. The fabric is nice, the top of the dress is not see-through, but the skirt is slightly, but I don't see a problem with it. The dress is cool
just the best dress. The top fits perfectly to the figure. the fabric is not see-through. For height 174, the dress is ankle-length.
Great quality better than expected the top is a tie and is stretchy and snatches you while the bottom dress is quite sheer so will have to wear nude underwear. I’m 5’8 and the length hits my ankles. I’m usually a size 8/10 and the l was perfect.
The perfect dress for this price, the skirt is made of a thicker material, and the top itself is made of elastic fabric, which makes it fit perfectly. Definitely recommend purchasing.
The dress fits amazingly and is very beautiful! I ordered something similar with a V-neck, but the top was too wide and the bottom was too low, flattening the chest because the top was also made of cotton. Here, only the skirt is made of cotton, the top is stretchy - fits well. As they say, the skirt is a little see-through, but since there is a thick lining, I don't see it as a problem. It will definitely be unnoticeable with underwear. For me, the cutout is too much, of course. for the evening - yes, but for everyday wear it will be too much, but if the chest size is smaller, I think it will be great for everyday wear. XL size for parameters 100-74-100 is a bit loose, as it stretches, you could take a size smaller. As they write here, the assembly is slightly different, the skirt is a little less voluminous, but I don't see a problem with it, to be honest.

The bodice of the dress is elastic, and the skirt is made of thick material. At my height of 160cm, it's a bit long, I will shorten it.
