How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Outfit Garage (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I really love the top! Even if I don't have such a big breast it's stil fitting pretty well and feminine on me.The sleeves are a little bit loose but I totally recommend!

The top is really great beautiful this is the second time I order I'm very happy. The size S is a real size S compared to my other high mdr for this one I do not need to do sports it is even a little big for my belly but NVM. TOP really beautiful SUPER STYLE good material IMPECCABLE store FONCEZZZZZ you will not be disappointed and then it's cheap for what it is. Small hic: delayed delivery which is not the fault of the seller but the company etc. Estimated delivery of 10 days arrival 12 days after it does not matter.

For second I thought it wouldn’t zip in the back. But it’s heat. I have 34D, and 29 in waist. Super cute, great boning. Worth it. Didn’t take long to get here at all. Maybe two weeks
The corset has boning and its super cute and exactly like the picture. The boning kind of stabbed me for a bit. the straps were also a little long on me.

The corset is perfect, I was afraid that the front will be a lot because I have a small chest... But it was perfect! I just took the straps to sew them tighter because I really have small shoulders so the straps would not tighten enough, but it's really nothing! I am impressed with the quality given the price of the article !! I recommend to 100%
This top came so fast! It took 2 weeks to arrive. It fits true to size. I’m typically a medium in everything and I got a medium in this top and it fits perfectly. It’s so pretty and looks like all those other $50+ corset tops
OMG, are you looking for a House of CB corset dupe? So you're gonna like it; I bought an S, and I thought I wouldn't stay why the comments said I carved smaller, so keep it in mind, from chest I use the 85B. As for the fabric it is soft and has a white lining inside, you won't get anything out of it, if you have to get some paste it's the length of the cord and nothing else If you want you can sew a few cups between the lining and the chest part to wear it without a bra. And it's come in a week, I would definitely ask for it in the same size. It carries rods. It does not smell, I attach the exact measures to help them choose, thanks to the store.
Accurate to the T. The XS is a lil SX than I thought. I usually get a size smaller in everything because they usually run a bit larger. Not this piece, it’s really meant for petite. Came a couple days earlier than the due date! Great communication.

I liked the top. The fabric is of course synthetic, but it is made well, the seams are even, keeps the shape, the parameters 85-65 size s approached.

Love this top! The boning is real and I ordered a size up from my usual size (medium instead of small) which fit perfectly. the fabric does not have much stretch and I did cut the center ties to a length i liked because they were super long. I did not communicate with the store.
